Luxury Weekend Yoga Retreat at Willow Farm Berry

Residential one spot available, three non residential spots still available.  

Escape to the privacy and luxury of a country retreat in Berry, on the NSW South Coast for a weekend of nourishing yoga, food, nature and rest with Lis White.


  • Five yoga classes throughout the weekend - inc. vinyasa flow, pranayama and yoga nidra.
  • 2 nights accommodation (non-residential option also available)
  • All meals - Delicious, vegetarian, nourishing breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and refreshments
  • Nutrition seminar on alkalinity and plant based diet by Ali Dear

Enjoy classes in the Berry Yoga Shala - a beautiful light filled studio adorned with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the 160 acres of sprawling fields and farmland of Willow Farm, complete with a picturesque creek frontage.

Lis, with over 10 years teaching experience, will lead a yoga program consisting of vinyasa asana classes, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra.

The weekend offers you the opportunity to replenish with wholesome, seasonal, vegetarian meals prepared by nutritionist and chef Ali Dear.

Ali will also host an interactive session giving advice on nutrition, alkalinity and the effect of food on your health, mood and vitality. Get practical advice allowing you to immediately reap the benefits.

In your down-time enjoy being in nature and exploring the apple orchids, saying hello to the cows, or cosying up on the veranda with a book and a warm cup of tea.

Willow Farm is just 45 minutes from Wollongong and two hours south of Sydney, Willow Farm offers accommodation in a beautifully restored 1920’s stone farmhouse.

Lis’ yoga practice she shares is a beautiful balance of strength and flow. Her energy is soft, gentle and supportive. The weekend was so nourishing for mind, body and spirit. The bush setting, the nourishing wholesome food and the mindfullness practice of yoga and breath connection made this a nurturing experience. A retreat experience with Lis is not to be missed.

Saturday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm & Sunday 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. 

Inclusive of twice daily yoga classes (90 to 120 minute sessions) and nutrition seminar by Ali Dear. Delicious, vegetarian meals - breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments. 

$300 pp
